Core to Floor: Pillow Work
This full-body class flows from breath to strength, using a pillow (or Pilates ball) to explore deep core activation, postural support, and lower-body strength. We begin by opening the ribcage to invite space into your breath, then move into grounded supine core work and bridging with pillow support. The second half transitions to all-fours leg work and dynamic standing exercises, all with the pillow as a tool for feedback. We end with release work in standing leaving you grounded, lifted, and connected from core to floor.
What you need:
- Pillow or Pilates ball.
- Ankle weights (optional)
