Core in Motion: Full Body Fire Flow
This energizing class blends deep core work with flowing transitions and dynamic standing movement. We begin on the ground with back extensions, tricep push-ups, and standing roll-ups, then move into mountain climbers, squat steps (or hops), and plank variations. The second half of class returns to the mat with a mix of Boat progressions, rolling, pelvic tilts, bridges, leg stretches, and playful spinal mobility work. We close with corkscrew and deep release to help your spine and core feel strong, mobile, and free.
