Weighted Waves: Stability

The second half of the class builds strength and stability from the inside out. Using light weights, we flow through static holds and subtle shifts in boat pose and all-fours positions to target the deep core. This class also nurtures shoulder and hip stability through controlled, well-aligned transitions.

What you need:

- Two light weights (2KG) or food cans.

- Two heavier weights (6KG) or big water bottles.
