This full-body class begins with kneeling and side-lying sequences to activate the obliques, deep core, and lower body. We transition into side planks and stability work, then shift focus to arms, shoulders, and core. Expect a flat tummy after this one, it does create a corset effect!

What you need:

- Light (1-2 kg), alternative would be two food cans.

- Ankle weights (optional).

- Pillow for support.
