Legs: Pillow Work

We begin grounded in Child’s Pose, then work through all-fours glute and leg activation using the pillow for alignment and resistance. Rolling up to standing, we continue the burn with standing lower-body work that challenges strength, stability, and balance. We wrap with standing stretches to reset the legs and nervous system.

What you need:

- Pillow or Pilates ball.

- Ankle weights (optional)
