Weighted Waves: Core & Spine

This class focuses on spinal mobility and deep core activation through a variety of roll-up and roll-down sequences. Light to moderate weights are used to bring awareness, control, and resistance to each movement. A steady, controlled pace guides you into your center and back out again.

What you need:

- Two light weights (2KG) or food cans.

- Two heavier weights (6KG) or big water bottles.
