Build Strength: Upper Body
A strong yet fluid upper body practice. With three sets for each key muscle group, you’ll move through varied positions and ranges while maintaining a consistent rhythm. Strength-building meets somatic awareness in this strengthening sequence.
What you need:
- Yoga block or a thick book.
- Pillow for knee support.
- Two light weights (2–3 kg) , or small water bottles, jars, or fruit.
- Two heavy weights (6–8 kg, or large water jugs, filled backpacks, or laundry detergent containers.
📌No weights? No problem ! this class can still be done bodyweight only, or with whatever you have at home for added resistance.
