Safe & Sound is designed to teach you how to move properly in your practice, with modifications that meet you where you are.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with access to a private page where classes are organized by week.

Yes! All classes are pre-recorded and available on-demand. Classes will be uploaded weekly for you to complete at your own pace.

Absolutely. You can access the videos from any device with an internet connection.
